传统文化培育视域下高校公共体育武术推广研究

Research on the Promotion of Whushu in Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Cultivation of Traditional Culture

研究围绕着传统武术文化在现代高等教育体系中的传承与发展,探讨如何在高校公共体育课程中有效融入武术教育,以此作为推广和传承中国传统文化的有效途径。传统武术不仅仅是一种体育运动,更蕴含着丰富的文化价值和深刻的哲理思想,其在培养学生的民族自豪感、增强文化自信力方面具有不可替代的作用。此外,随着社会对身心健康重视程度的提高,将武术作为高校公共体育课程的一部分,不仅能促进学生身心健康,还能激发学生对传统文化的兴趣和热爱,从而实现传统文化的有效传承和广泛推广。因此,研究旨在通过实证研究和理论探讨,为高校公共体育武术课程的开设提供科学依据,同时为传统武术文化在现代教育体系中的融入和发展提出新的思路和方法。

This study focuses on the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu culture in the modern higher education system,and explores how to effectively integrate Wushu education into public physical education courses in colleges and universities and use it as an effective way to promote and inherit traditional Chinese culture.Traditional Wushu is not only a sports,but also contains rich cultural value and profound philosophical ideas,and it plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students'national pride and enhancing cultural confidence.In addition,with the increasing emphasis on physical and mental health in society,taking Wushu as a part of public physical education courses in colleges and universities can not only promote students'physical and mental health,but also stimulate their interest and love for traditional culture,so as to achieve the effective inheritance and widespread promotion of traditional culture.Therefore,the study aims to provide scientific basis for offering Wushu courses in public physical education in colleges and universities through empirical research and theoretical exploration,while proposing new ideas and methods for the integration and development of traditional Wushu culture in the modern education system.
