该文通过文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法,对贵州省民办高校休闲体育专业人才培养路径进行研究分析。首先,规划专业师资队伍的职业发展,让专业教师更具有核心竞争力。其次,根据社会需求拟定人才培养计划,根据贵州省内休闲体育市场的需求开设相关课程。再次,优化休闲体育专业课程设置,使学生有技能、会操作、懂融合,培养复合型人才。最后,通过校企合作方式,打造订单班,建成符合岗位核心能力要求的教学实践体系。

This article studies and analyzes the talent cultivation path of leisure sports majors in private colleges and universities in Guizhou Province through literature,field investigation and logical analysis methods.Firstly,it plans the career development of the professional teaching staff to enhance their core competitiveness.Then,it develops a talent training plan based on social needs,and offers relevant courses according to the needs of the leisure sports market in Guizhou Province.Next,it optimizes the curriculum of leisure sports majors,so that students have skills,can operate and understand integration,so as to cultivate versatile talents.Finally,through school-enterprise cooperation,it creates order classes and establishes a teaching practice system that meets the core competency requirements of the position.
