GH4169高温合金超声辅助切削试验研究

摘要 GH4169高温合金常温和高温条件下硬度及强度较高,常规金属切削的热软化效应不明显,同时由于材料热导率低,加工硬化明显,采用传统数控加工方式存在刀具易磨损、加工效率低等问题。为实现高温合金的优质高效加工,开展不同加工工艺参数下的常规铣削及超声铣削力学响应对比实验,分析同一工况下常规铣削和超声辅助铣削的刀具磨损,揭示了不同加工参数对铣削力的影响规律及侧铣过程中超声辅助铣削较常规铣削的优势。 GH4169 high-temperature alloy has extremely high hardness and strength under normal and high temperature conditions.The thermal softening effect of conventional metal cutting is not obvious.At the same time,due to the low thermal conductivity and obvious work hardening of the material,traditional CNC machining methods have problems such as tool wear and low machining efficiency.Therefore,in order to achieve high-quality and efficient processing of high-temperature alloys.Comparative experiments are conducted on the mechanical response of conventional milling and ultrasonic testing under different processing parameters,and the tool wear experiments of conventional milling and ultrasonic assisted milling under the same working condition are analyzed.The influence of different processing parameters on milling force and the advantages of ultrasonic assisted milling over conventional milling in the side milling process are revealed.
