基于MATLAB的外圆磨削工艺参数对过程稳定性的影响分析

摘要 对比磨削动力学宏观结构,构建非线性动力学微观模型,并推导出磨削非线性动力学方程。利用Faddeev算法对非线性动力学方程进行线性化处理,计算系统特征值并进行稳定性预测,得出影响系统稳定性的因素。基于MATLAB软件绘制出在不同影响因素下变换取值范围获得的稳定图,研究相同参数不同取值出现状态变化过渡期对应的时域响应图和特征值位置图,并得出对比结论。 The nonlinear dynamic microscopic model is established by comparing the macroscopic structure of grinding dynamics,and the nonlinear dynamic equation of grinding is deduced.Faddeev algorithm is used to linearize the nonlinear dynamic equation to calculate the system characteristic values,and stability prediction is carried out to obtain the factors affecting the system stability.Based on MATLAB,the stability diagram obtained by transforming the value range under different influence factors is drawn,and the time-domain response diagram and eigenvalue location diagram corresponding to the state change transition period of different values of the same parameter are studied for comparison and conclusions are drawn.
