综合护理干预对心房颤动患者脑梗死发生率的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的实施综合护理干预并探究其对心房颤动患者脑梗死发生率的影响。方法选取2022-01-2022-12在郑州大学第二附属医院就诊的100例心房颤动患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。比较2组患者6个月、12个月时整体满意度、脑梗死发生率。结果观察组患者整体满意度为(95.36±3.75)分,对照组为(88.24±3.88)分,观察组显著优于对照组(t=8.551,P<0.05)。6个月内观察组脑梗死发生率为2.0%,对照组为4.0%;12个月内观察组脑梗死发生率为3.5%,对照组为6.0%,观察组发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预策略对提升心房颤动患者的服药依从性作用明显,可增强抗凝治疗效果,进而降低患者脑梗死发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods One hundred patients with atrial fibrillation who received treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group of 50 cases.The patients in the control group applied routine care,on the basis of routine care,the patients in the observation group applied comprehensive nursing intervention.The overall satisfaction and incidence of cerebral infarction between two groups at 6 and 12 months were compared.Results The overall satisfaction of the observation group was(95.36±3.75)points,while that of the control group was(88.24±3.88)points,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(t=8.551,P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of cerebral infarction within 6 months was 2.0%,the incidence of cerebral infarction within 12 months was 3.5%,which was 4.0%and 6.0%,respectively in the control group.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve medication adherence in patients with atrial fibrillation,enhance the effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy,and reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
