基于社区主导的支持老年痴呆患者照顾者的研究进展

Research progress on community led support for caregivers of senile dementia patients

老年痴呆是一种起病隐匿的进行性发展的神经退行性疾病,病程漫长且不可治愈。随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年痴呆患者的数量也在逐年增加。目前,老年痴呆患者大部分生活在社区,由家庭照护,长时间的照顾工作给照顾者带来沉重的负担,严重影响其生活质量。基层卫生服务专业人员作为社区居民的健康监护人,应对照顾者给予支持和帮助,以便更好地护理老年痴呆患者。鉴于此,本研究对社区主导的支持老年痴呆患者照顾者的研究现状进行综述,包括社区老年痴呆患者及照顾者社区支持需求的现况调查以及支持社区老年痴呆患者照顾者的多种方式,如家庭访视、心理干预、健康教育、喘息服务、同伴支持等,旨在为社区支持老年痴呆患者照顾者的相关研究提供参考。

Senile dementia is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with a hidden onset and a long and incurable course.With the intensification of population aging,the number of senile dementia patient is also increasing year by year.At present,the majority of senile dementia patient live in communities and are cared for by families.Long-term care work has brought a heavy burden to caregivers,seriously affecting their quality of life.Grassroots health service professionals,as health guardians of community residents,should provide support and assistance to their caregivers in order to better care for senile dementia patient.This paper reviews the current research status of community led support for caregivers of senile dementia patient,including the survey of community support needs of community senile dementia patient and caregivers,and various ways to support caregivers of community senile dementia patient,such as home-visit nursing,psychological intervention,health education,respite care,peer support,etc,the purpose is to provide a reference for the relevant research on community support for caregivers of senile dementia patient.
