针刺治疗对发展性阅读障碍儿童眼动学的影响

摘要 目的:观察针刺治疗对发展性阅读障碍儿童眼动学的影响。方法:选取发展性阅读障碍患儿65例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组33例和对照组32例。对照组予单纯读写训练,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后Heinsen-Schrock眼球运动评分、视觉流畅、视线转移、视线停留变化情况。结果:两组患儿治疗后Heinsen-Schrock眼球运动评分、视觉流畅、视线转移、视线停留高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后Heinsen-Schrock眼球运动评分、视觉流畅、视线转移、视线停留高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗可有效提高发展性阅读障碍患儿眼球控制能力,提高阅读能力。 Objective:To observe the influence of acupuncture therapy on the eye movement of children with developmental dyslexia(DD).Methods:A total of 65 cases of DD children were selected and divided into the observation group with 33 cases and the control group with 32 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given only reading and writing training,while the observation group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The changes in Heinsen-Schrock eye movement score,visual fluency,line of sight transfer,and line of sight fixation before and after treatment were observed.Results:Both groups showed an improvement in Heinsen-Schrock eye movement score,visual fluency,gaze shifts,and gaze duration after treatment compared to before treatment.Moreover,the observation group showed a better improvement in these parameters than the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the eye control ability of children with DD and improve their reading ability.
