养阴解郁疏肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚肝郁证的效果及对内分泌功能的影响

Effect of Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimeno-pausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and its influence on endocrine function

目的探讨养阴解郁疏肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚肝郁证的效果及对内分泌功能的影响。方法择取2019年1月至2023年1月收治的300例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组采用雌二醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加养阴解郁疏肝汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、内分泌功能、生活质量及症状改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的围绝经期生活质量量表(MENQOL)、Kupperman评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴解郁疏肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征不仅能够提升整体治疗效果,还能有效调节患者的内分泌功能,进而改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and its influence on endocrine function.Methods A total of 300 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,endocrine function,quality of life and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(MENQOL)and Kupperman scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can not only improve the overall therapeutic effect,but also effectively regulate the endocrine function of patients,thereby improving the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
