集束化护理对口服吡咯替尼片所致腹泻患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of cluster nursing in patients with diarrhea caused by oral pyrrotinib tablets

目的 探讨集束化护理对口服吡咯替尼片所致腹泻患者的干预效果。方法 选择该院2022年3月至2023年2月收治的100例乳腺癌晚期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。2组患者均采用吡咯替尼片治疗。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理,对比2组腹泻程度分级、腹泻症状改善情况、用药依从性及不良反应发生情况。2组患者均持续护理1周。结果 观察组护理后腹泻程度分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.377,P=0.017)。观察组腹泻次数为(4.01±0.98)次少于对照组的(6.69±1.20)次;腹泻转归时间为(3.06±0.22)d,短于对照组的(5.12±0.33)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.232,P<0.001;t=36.727,P<0.001)。观察组用药依从性[96.00%(48/50)]高于对照组[84.00%(42/50)],不良反应发生率[6.00%(3/50)]低于对照组[22.00%(11/50)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046;χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021)。结论 集束化护理干预措施应用在口服吡咯替尼片患者中,有利于提升患者用药依从性,减轻腹泻严重程度,利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of cluster nursing in patients with diarrhea caused by oral pyrrotinib tablets.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with pyrrotinib.The control group performed routine nursing care,and the observation group performed cluster nursing care.The grade of diarrhea degree,the improvement of diarrhea symptoms,medication compliance and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Both groups maintained continuous care for one week.Results The grade of diarrhea in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.377,P=0.017).The number of diarrhea in the observation group was(4.01±0.98),which was less than that in the control group(6.69±1.20),and the diarrhea recovery time was(3.06±0.22)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(5.12±0.33)d,the differences were statistically significant(t=12.232,P<0.001;t=36.727,P<0.001).The medication compliance[96.00%(48/50)] in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[84.00%(42/50)],the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group[6.00%(3/50)] was lower than that in the control group[22.00%(11/50)],and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046;χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention measures have good application effects in patients with oral pyrrolitinib tablets,which is conducive to improving their medication compliance,reducing the severity of diarrhea,which is beneficial for patient prognosis.
