基于水热力耦合场的水工隧洞衬砌结构冻胀研究

摘要 为研究水库水工隧洞衬砌结构水热力耦合下冻胀特性,基于水热力平衡方程理论,通过冻胀仿真计算,分析了隧洞衬砌结构应力、位移以及温度场时序变化特征。研究表明,衬砌结构大、小主应力时序敏感性差异较大,在不同部位具有显著变化区别,衬砌内侧大主应力高于外侧,而外侧小主应力具有较强的时序敏感性,拱顶、底内侧小主应力较稳定,为-0.39 MPa、-0.37 MPa。衬砌结构内侧主应力与温度场敏感性关联较大,而外侧与之无显著关联性,此与衬砌材料水化热有关。拱顶、底外侧水平位移时序敏感性较弱,而拱腰内、外侧水平位移相似,竖向位移高于水平位移,且在拱腰处具有同步收缩效应。衬砌结构位移分布特征在时序节点上具有一致性,拱顶、底冻胀危害最大。论文可为研究水工隧洞衬砌结构冻胀特性提供参考。 In order to study the frost heave characteristics of the lining structure of a reservoir hydraulic tunnel under the coupling of water and heat,based on the theory of water and heat balance equations,the stress,displacement,and temperature field temporal variation characteristics of the tunnel lining structure were analyzed through frost heave simulation calculation.Research has shown that there is a significant difference in the temporal sensitivity of large and small principal stresses in the lining structure,with significant variations in different parts.The large principal stresses on the inner side of the lining are higher than those on the outer side,while the small principal stresses on the outer side have strong temporal sensitivity.The small principal stresses on the inner side of the arch and bottom are relatively stable,ranging from-0.39MPa to-0.37MPa.The main stress on the inner side of the lining structure is highly correlated with the sensitivity of the temperature field,while the outer side has no significant correlation with it,which is related to the hydration heat of the lining material.The temporal sensitivity of horizontal displacement on the top and bottom outer sides of the arch is weak,while the horizontal displacement on the inside and outside of the arch waist is similar,with vertical displacement higher than horizontal displacement and synchronous contraction effect at the arch waist.The displacement distribution characteristics of the lining structure are consistent at time series nodes,and the frost heave at the arch top and bottom poses the greatest harm.The paper can provide reference for studying the frost heave characteristics of hydraulic tunnel lining structures.
