不落轮镟床碎屑机传动机构故障分析

摘要 针对不落轮镟床碎屑机屡次故障问题,通过采用额定电流计算、金属材质特性分析、疲劳曲线以及断面纹理分析等方式,结合现场实际对碎屑机传动机构多种故障原因进行分析。提出了后续改进措施及建议,采取更合理的维护保养措施后,延长了设备正常使用的寿命,有效提高了作业效率,也可为同类设备故障分析处理提供相关参考。 In order to analyze and study the reasons of repeated failures of the clastic machine of underfloor wheel lathe,this paper analyzes the causes of various faults of the driving gear of the clastic machine by using the calculation of rated current,the analysis of metal material characteristics,the fatigue curve and the analysis of section texture.Finally,the following improvement measures and suggestions are put forward for the cause of the failure,which prolongs the normal service life of the equipment through more reasonable maintenance measures,effectively improves the operation efficiency,and can also provide relevant reference for the troubleshooting and treatment of similar equipment.
