教学能力比赛视域下学前儿童发展心理学课程设计与实施

摘要 教学能力比赛在夯实教师专业素养、培育专业教师团队以及推动课程教学改革三方面发挥着重要作用。本研究以全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛为背景,以学前儿童发展心理学为例,探讨该课程教学整体设计、教学实施过程以及课程特色与创新点。通过综合分析课程设计与实施路径,评估学生学习成效,结合课程评价与反思,有针对性地提出课程改进策略。 Teaching competitions play an important role in solidifying teachers’professional competence,culti⁃vating professional teacher teams,and promoting course teaching reform in three aspects.The paper takes the National Vocational College Skill Competition Teaching Competition as the background and takes the course of Preschool Child Development Psychology as an example to systematically analyze the course teaching design and implementation path⁃way,including the overall teaching design,the implementation process of teaching,and the course features and inno⁃vation points.Through comprehensive analysis of curriculum design and implementation path,this paper evaluates stu⁃dents’learning effectiveness,combines with curriculum evaluation and reflection,and puts forward targeted curricu⁃lum improvement strategies.
