摘要
石油石化等化工生产活动中产生大量工业废水,工业废水水量较大而且含盐量高,使得废水处理难度及成本较高。通过加热蒸发、再压缩技术可实现废水浓缩结晶。浓缩废水盐度、氯化物等侵蚀性杂质含量高,伴随着处理工艺中加热高温环境,带来极高的腐蚀风险。本研究对高氯、高盐浓缩工业废水腐蚀因素进行分析,结合现场常见腐蚀类型,提出开发新型耐磨防腐涂层是控制MVR蒸发器等设备实施腐蚀最直接有效的防护方式。
Petroleum and petrochemical and other chemical production produce a large amount of industrial wastewater.The industrial wastewater contains high concentation of salt substance,which cause the treatment to be difficult and costly.The wastewater concentration and crystallization can be realized by heating evaporation and recompression technology.High concentration of salt substance in wastewater,chloride and other aggressive impurity as well as high temperature during treatment process might cause corrosion risks.In this article,the corrosion factors of high chlorine and high salt concentrated industrial wastewater are analyzed.Based on the typical corrosion situation,the new type of wear-resistant anticorrosive coating is the most effective way to control the corrosion of facilities such as MVR evaporator.
