高性能超固化(快干)汽车修补清漆的开发与研究

摘要 清漆组分中,选择一种对羟基苯甲酸为羟基单体合成的多元醇超固化树脂作为主体树脂,拼入一种超支化聚酯HPE适量作为辅助树脂,搭配适量二月桂酸二丁基锡(T-12)催干剂,选择强溶解力、低挥发速率的MAK、EEP为主要溶剂。固化剂组分中,选择m(Bayer4470):m(BasfHI-100)=1∶6混拼。最优清漆组分与固化剂组分按比例混合后,施工液具有较长活化期、表干速度较慢可全车喷涂、固化速度极快、漆膜硬度和交联密度等优异性能,在汽车快修行业具有广阔的应用前景。 The main problems and solutions of fast drying clearcoat for automotive refinish were discribed.A polyol ultra-curing resin synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid as hydroxyl monomer is used as the main resin in addition to the hyperbranched polyester HPE as the auxiliary resin,the dibutyltin dilaurate(T-12)as drying agent,the MAK and EEP with high dissolving power and low volatilization rate as main solvent to prepare the clearcoat.The hardener is prepared using Bayer 4470 and BasfHI-100 at a ratio of 1:6.The mixed composition of the clearcoat and the hardener has long activation period and slow dust-free drying time,meanwhile,it can be sprayed on a whole carbody surface.The cured film shows fast drying behavior and good hardness and crosslink density.The clearcoat has good prospects in the field of automotive refinish.
