摘要
膨胀型防火漆作为海洋平台防火隔热常用涂层材料,能够减缓火焰以及热量传播速率,从而为火灾扑救和人员的逃生赢得时间。然而,膨胀型防火涂层能够真正发挥优异隔热与防火性能,关键在于防火涂层施工过程中质量能否得到有效控制。因此本研究系统阐述了海洋平台膨胀型防火涂层施工过程中的质量控制要点,为海洋工程领域防火涂层施工质量控制提供参考。
As a typical coating material for fire protection and heat insulation of offshore platforms,the intumescent fireproof coating can slow down the flame and heat propagation rate,thus it can gain time for fire fighting and personnel escape.However,the effective implement of the intumescent fireproof coating is subject to the quality control of the fireproof coating during the construction process.Therefore,this article systematically describes the key points and requirements of quality control in the construction process of intumescent fireproof coating on offshore platforms so as to provide reference for the construction quality control of fireproof coating in the field of marine engineering.
