建设青年发展型企业的意义、指标和路径——以九江石化为例

Discussing the Significance,Indicators,and Paths of Building Youth Development-Oriented Enterprises:A Case Study of Jiujiang Petrochemical

目前国内外尚未对青年发展型企业做出清晰定义。中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司(以下简称“九江石化”)结合实际创新探索,形成了理论认识和实践经验。本文以九江石化为例,提出“青年发展型企业”的定义,并阐述探索建设青年发展型企业的重要性和必要性、指标体系、实践路径,并指出主要困难和工作建议。

Currently,there is no clear definition of youth development-oriented enterprises domestically or internationally.SINOPEC Jiujiang Branch(hereinafter referred to as“Jiujiang Petrochemical”)has innovatively explored and formed theoretical understanding and practical experience based on actual conditions.Using Jiujiang Petrochemical as an example,this paper proposes the definition of“youth development-oriented enterprises,”explains the importance and necessity of building such enterprises,establishes an indicator system,discusses practical paths,and points out major difficulties and work suggestions.
