摘要
成人大学生群体是我国高等教育在学群体的重要组成部分。随着教育数字化的快速推进,如何通过数字技术赋能成人大学生网络思想政治教育,成为一个亟待回应的重要课题。数字时代成人大学生网络思想政治教育的核心诉求在于坚持价值主导性与知识实用性相统一、方式交互性与操作便捷性相统一、资源碎片化与育人体系化相统一。然而,当前成人大学生网络思想政治教育面临诸多困境,包括价值输入生硬与实用知识获得感之间的落差,交互形式不一与操作便捷体验感之间的偏差,以及资源量质不足与育人体系效能感之间的反差。为此,应通过数字赋能,革新网络思想政治教育内容选择,优化网络思想政治教育平台设计,加强网络思想政治教育资源建设,不断提升学习者的获得感、体验感、效能感,进而提升成人大学生网络思想政治教育的质量和效果。
Adult college students constitute a significant segment of China's higher education populace.As educational digitalization progresses rapidly,the imperative to empower adult college students in online ideological and political education using digital technology has emerged as a pressing concern.In the digital era,the fundamental objectives of online ideological and political education for adult college students revolve around maintaining the harmonization of content value and practical knowledge,ensuring interactive methods and operational convenience,and balancing fragmented resources with systematic educational frameworks.However,current online ideological and political education for adult college students faces numerous challenges,including discrepancies between theoretical value input and practical knowledge acquisition,mismatches between interactive formats and user-friendly operational experiences,and inadequacies in both quantity and quality of educational resources compared to system effectiveness.Consequently,there is a compelling need to innovate content selection,enhance platform design,bolster resource construction,and continually enhance learners'sense of acquisition,experience,and efficacy.These measures are essential for augmenting the quality and efficacy of online ideological and political education for adult college students.
