双碳背景下高职石油化工专业群产教融合路径

Industry-Education Integration Path for Petrochemical Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Education amidst Carbon Peak and Neutrality Initiatives

摘要 产教融合是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要顶层设计,是服务经济社会发展、保障品质就业、促进产业链人才链创新链有机融合的重要举措。聚焦双碳目标探索高职石油化工专业群产教融合路径,旨在解决人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧的“两张皮”问题。通过完善法律法规与配套政策,实现人才供给、课程标准、教学过程、学历证书与企业需求、职业标准、生产过程、职业资格证书之间的一一对接,培养适应石油化工企业绿色低碳转型的高素质技术技能人才。 The integration of industry and education has emerged as a paramount strategic initiative for fostering the high-quality advancement of vocational education.It serves as a pivotal mechanism to underpin economic and social progress,ensure robust employment opportunities,and facilitate the seamless convergence of industry,talent,and innovation domains.This study delves into the strategic pathways for integrating production and education within the petrochemical professional realm of higher vocational education,particularly within the framework of dual carbon objectives.The overarching goal is to address the systemic"two-skin"dilemma between talent cultivation on the supply side and industry demands on the demand side.Through legislative enhancements,policy support,and strategic alignment of talent provisioning,curriculum standards,pedagogical methodologies,and academic certifications with enterprise requisites,professional benchmarks,production protocols,and vocational accreditations,the aim is to nurture a cohort of high-caliber technical professionals capable of navigating the green and low-carbon transformation of petrochemical enterprises.Furthermore,emphasis is placed on bolstering digitalization efforts,fostering international collaborations,and cultivating interdisciplinary talents to effectively address the future challenges confronting the petrochemical industry.
