摘要
基于高校“社会保障学”课程知识点琐碎的特点以及学生专业认同感低的现状,构建以课程思政价值观塑造为内核的多层次教学模式。内核层重在课程思政价值观念塑造;支撑层着力形成社会保障学专业知识体系;拓展层着重结合实践培养学生社会保障专业操作技能,最终形成“以学生为中心”的教学共同体。通过课程思政价值观塑造为内核的多层次教学模式的实践,激发了学生学习内驱力,增强了学生专业认同感,强化了学生创新意识和家国情怀,提升了学生的民生意识和解决社会保障领域问题的实践能力,培养了学生分析社会保障领域问题的学术能力。
Considering the numerous trivial knowledge points and the limited teaching approaches inherent in the"Social Security"course,student engagement and professional identity remain suboptimal.This study proposes a multi-level teaching framework centered on the cultivation of curriculum ideological and political values.At its core,the model emphasizes the integration of ideological and political values within the curriculum.At the supporting level,it focuses on fostering a comprehensive understanding of the social security profession.At the developmental level,practical skills are honed through hands-on experience in social security practices.Moreover,the establishment of a"student-centered"teaching community is advocated.Through the implementation of this multi-level teaching model,with a core emphasis on curriculum ideological and political values,students are stimulated to internalize learning,fortify professional identity,enhance innovative thinking,nurture national pride,develop problem-solving skills pertinent to social security issues,and refine analytical prowess in the field.
