摘要
引风板是发电机的重要部件,用于减少气隙轴向两端漏风,是发电机通风系统的重要组成部分。本文针对国内某电站引风板合缝螺栓掉落事件,对绑绳绑扎结构进行研究,并通过实验取得绑绳材料的力学性能,验证了绑扎结构的可行性,对类似水轮发电机引风板端部合缝处固定的设计提供参考思路。
The air deflector is an important part of the generator,used to reduce the air leakage at both ends of the air gap,in axial direction,and is an important part of the ventilation system of the generator.In this paper,the incident of bolt falling of air deflector joint in a domestic power station and the binding structure of binding rope have been studied,the mechanical properties of the binding material been obtained through experiments so as to have verified the feasibility of the binding structure and provided the reference idea for the design of fixing the joint of the end of the air deflector on similar hydrogenerator.
