1750MW发电机转子极中心块绝缘件脱落问题分析及处理

摘要 本文主要讲述1号发电机转子极中心块上的绝缘凸块和绝缘螺杆脱落问题,分析绝缘件脱落产生的原因和对发电机转子运行的风险和发展趋势,研究现场抢修处理方案。创造性提出“抽氢冷器+拆导风圈”进入转子端部方案,并最终成功完成问题的处理,极大的缩短了抢修工期,避免电厂巨大的经济损失。同时对2号机进行反馈性检查和处理,在2号机启机联调前成功消除重大隐患。 This paper mainly describes the falling off of the insulation convex block and insulation screw on the pole center block of the rotor of No.1 generator,analyzes the causes of the falling off of insulation parts and the risks and development trends for generator rotor operation and studies on the on-site emergency repair treatment scheme.After comprehensive research and demonstration,the scheme of“hydrogen extraction cooler+disconnecting air deflector”entering the rotor end was proposed and the problem was solved successfully.At the same time,the feedback inspection and treatment of No.2 machine were carried out and major hidden dangers were successfully eliminated before startup and joint commissioning of No.2 machine.
