黄金峡首台立式同步电动机定子铁耗试验方法及结果分析

摘要 黄金峡泵站立式同步电动机定子铁心在制造厂内叠片压装,定子铁心压装完成后按国标GB/T 8564和GB/T 20835要求进行铁耗试验。此试验为定子制造过程中非常重要的试验项目,旨在综合判断定子冲片、片间绝缘、铁心压装等制造质量。文章就黄金峡首台立式同步电动机定子铁耗试验准备及试验结果进行阐述和分析。 The stator core of the vertical synchronous motor in Huangjinxia Pump Station has been assembled by lamination in the factory,and core-lost test has been carried out after the stator core is press-fitted according to the requirements of GB/T 8564 and GB/T 20835.This test is very important in the process of stator manufacturing,with the purpose of comprehensively judging the manufacturing quality of stator punching,insulation between pieces,iron core press-fitting,etc.In this paper,the preparation of stator core-lost test and the test results of the first vertical synchronous motor in Huangjinxia are described and analyzed.
