Self-Regulation of the Information Content of the Network Platform under the Perspective of the Civil Code

本文以《民法典》为法律基础,聚焦于网络平台信息内容的自我规制。研究通过系统解读法规,深入剖析了《民法典》对网络平台审核机制、违规信息处理和用户权益保护的明确规定。结果显示,该法为网络平台提供了明确的法律支持,具体规定了其法定义务和责任。通过案例分析和国际法规比较,本文突显了《民法典》在引领网络平台信息内容自我规制方面的独特性。研究意义在于填补了法学领域对《民法典》在网络平台自我规制方面的研究空白,为相关法规完善和网络平台优化自我规制提供了理论和实践支持,促进了我国网络平台信息内容更有效、健康的自我规制。

Based on the Civil Code,this paper focuses on the self-regulation of the information content of the network platform.Through the systematic interpretation of laws and regulations,the clear provi-sions of the Civil Code on the audit mechanism of online platforms,the processing of illegal infor-mation and the protection of users’rights and interests are deeply analyzed.The results show that the law provides clear legal support for online platforms,specifically stipulating their legal obliga-tions and responsibilities.Through case analysis and comparison of international regulations,this paper highlights the uniqueness of the Civil Code in leading the self-regulation of information con-tent on network platforms.The significance of the research lies in filling the research gap of the Civil Code on the network platform self-regulation in the field of law,providing theoretical and practical support for the improvement of relevant regulations and the optimization of the self-regulation of the network platform,and promoting the more effective and healthy self-regulation of the information content of China's network platform.
