《家庭教育促进法》中父母的多重角色及有效落实

The Multiple Roles of Parents in the“Family Education Promotion Law”and Their Effective Implementation

摘要 《家庭教育促进法》为家庭教育事业的发展提供了有力的法治保障,但其实施中仍然面临着多重困境。从落实父母的多重角色视之,首当其冲的是要界定、明晰父母的角色责任。父母家庭教育的缺位、错位,很大一部分原因是父母不清楚、不明确自己在这一过程中担任什么样的角色、承担什么样的责任。界定完父母的多重角色之后,应思考角色的落实问题,父母在家庭教育中角色的落实要明确家庭教育的权利与责任、提供教育资源与支持、加强公共教育宣传以及跨界协作等,共同促进家庭教育建设。 The“Family Education Promotion Law”establishes a robust legal foundation for the advancement of family education;however,its execution encounters various challenges.To address this,it is imperative to first delineate and elucidate the role responsibilities of parents.The prevailing lack and discordance in parents’family education engagements largely stem from their ambiguity con-cerning their roles and responsibilities in this domain.Once the multiple roles of parents are de-fined,the focus should shift towards actualizing these roles.Effectively implementing parents’roles in family education necessitates clearly defining the rights and responsibilities inherent in family education,furnishing educational resources and support,enhancing public education awareness and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration,among other strategies,to collectively advance the development of family education.
