摘要
地震灾害综合性实战演练中设置堰塞湖应急处置子科目,情景设置为地震次生地质灾害引发山体滑坡,阻断河道形成堰塞湖。青海省水利厅组织抗震救灾堰塞湖应急处置抢险队,赶赴现场构建堰塞湖应急监测体系,分析堰塞体危险级别、堰塞湖溃决损失严重性级别,研判确定堰塞湖风险等级,编制堰塞湖应急处置方案,实施工程措施排险,总结堰塞湖应急处置工作中的成效和不足,成果可为今后青海省堰塞湖应急处置工作提供借鉴和参考。
In the comprehensive practical exercise of earthquake disasters,a sub subject of emergency response for barrier lakes is set up,with the scenario set as a landslide caused by secondary geological disasters after an earthquake,blocking the river and forming a barrier lake.Qinghai Provincial Department of Water Resources organized an emergency response and rescue team for earthquake relief and dammed lakes,rushed to the site to build an emergency monitoring system for dammed lakes,analyzed the danger level of dammed bodies and the severity level of dammed lake collapse losses,determined the risk level of dammed lakes,formulated emergency response plans for dammed lakes,implemented engineering measures to eliminate risks,and summarized the effectiveness and shortcomings of emergency response work for dammed lakes.The achievements can provide reference and inspiration for the emergency response work of barrier lakes in Qinghai Province in the future.
