体教融合背景下高校体育教学的优化路径研究

该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,首先阐述了新时代高校体教融合的新理念与新内涵,包括体育与教育的深度融合、健康第一的教育理念,以及竞技体育与学校体育的有机结合。随后分析了高校体育工作在开展过程中存在的问题,如体育教育资源分配不均、体教部门间沟通不畅、对体育教育的重视程度不够等。在此基础上,提出了体教融合背景下高校体育教学的优化路径,包括积极加强高校体育教育资源的建设工作、消除体教部门之间的体制和思想壁垒、坚持健康第一的体育教育思想理念、构建竞技体育人才培养的体教融合机制。这些优化路径将有助于提升高校体育教学质量,促进学生全面发展,实现体育与教育的良性互动。

By the literature method and other research methods,the paper first expounds the new concept and connotation of the integration of sports and education in colleges and universities in the new era,including the deep integration of sports and education,the educational concept of health first,and the organic combination of competitive sports and school sports.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the process of physical education in colleges and universities,such as the uneven distribution of physical education resources,the poor communication among physical education departments and insufficient attention to physical education.On this basis,it puts forward optimization paths for college physical education teaching under the background of the integration of sports and education,including actively strengthening the construction of physical education resources in colleges and universities,eliminating the institutional and ideological barriers among physical education teaching departments,adhering to the idea and concept of health first for physical education,and constructing a sports-education integration mechanism of competitive sports talent training,which will help to improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities,and promote the all-round development of students,so as to realize the benign interaction between physical education and education.
