摘要
为协调煤炭的远程运输,整合煤炭供应链的供给、运输、仓储、配送等能力,对考虑供应链多节点库存的煤炭调运优化问题进行研究,从而实现煤炭运输的“远调近均”。以配有需求端储配中心的三级煤炭供应链为研究对象,构建时间-空间-运输状态的三维时空网络模型,以煤炭调运过程中的运输费用、时间成本费用及库存费用构成的总成本最小化为目标,建立了考虑多节点库存、多交通方式协同的煤炭动态调运优化模型。以北煤南运为实例,并使用Gurobi进行求解,验证了模型的有效性。研究表明:优化后的调运方案能够有效降低运输及库存成本,创造衍生价值,实现产、运、需三方共赢。
In view of the coordination limitations of remote coal transportation,the advantages of railway full coverage location network and the irreplaceable transportation capacity in coal transportation,the optimization of coal transportation is considered under the integration of supply,transportation,storage and distribution capabilities of coal supply chain under the background of transforming railway nodes and increasing demand side storage and distribution centers.the coal supply chain is taken,which presents the two-level inventory structure of storage and distribution center and consumption place,as the object,and a three-dimensional spacetime network of time-space and transportation state is constructed to depict the entire coal transportation process,to minimize the total cost composed of transportation cost,time cost,carbon emission cost and inventory cost during coal transportation.An optimization model of the coal dynamic transportation based on multimode coordination considering multi-node inventory is established and solved by Gurobi software.The validity of the model is verified by an example of coal transport in southern inner mongolia.The research shows that scheme can effectively reduce the transportation and inventory costs and create derivative value and achieve a win-win situation between supply and demand compared with the traditional coal transfer.
