摘要
烯基砜广泛存在于药物活性分子和天然产物中,是各种有机转化的主要分子骨架.探索简便高效的烯基砜合成新方法是有机合成领域的长期目标.近年来,利用亚磺酸钠、磺酰肼、亚磺酸、磺酰氯和DABSO等砜基源在非金属催化、金属催化、光催化和电催化体系中易形成砜自由基的特点,由砜自由基介导的官能化反应合成烯基砜取得了快速的发展.本文介绍近10多年来烯基砜合成的主要方法.
Alkenyl sulfones are commonly found in drug active molecules and natural products,serving as the primary molecular framework for various organic transformations.It is a long-term goal in the field of organic synthesis to explore a simple and efficient new method for synthesis of alkenyl sulfones.In recent years,the employment of sulfonic acid sources,such as sodium sulfinate,sulfonyl hydrazine,sulfonic acid,sulfonyl chloride and DABSO,has led to the generation of sulfone radicals.These radicals have been utilized in non-metal catalysis,metal catalysis,photocatalysis,and electrocatalysis systems.The functionalization reactions mediated by sulfone radicals have rapidly advanced the synthesis of allyl sulfones:In this paper,the main synthesis methods for alkenyl sulfones over the past 10 years are introduced.
