摘要
随着科技革命和产业革命深入发展,“以信息化带动工业化、以工业化促进信息化”逐渐成为引领我国新一轮经济发展的重要战略。《“十四五”安全高效煤矿建设指导意见》指出,数字经济将全面助力安全高效煤矿进入信息化发展快车道,煤矿行业迫切需要利用5G技术、云计算、大数据等信息化平台进行内在创新驱动。因此,本文基于皖北煤电集团公司现实样态,利用改进的WBS分解法梳理集团煤矿项目建设全流程业务,以此确定煤矿工程项目信息化管理目标,构建出集立项、建设、管理为一体的全过程信息化平台,有效集成设备全生命周期、OA系统、生产调度、安全监管和采购供应链五大系统,实现对工程项目决策设计、建设实施、竣工验收和管理运维全流程业务的垂直全覆盖,旨在为下属煤矿企业管理系统集成和信息交互提供应对方案,加快形成现代化煤炭管理体系,以提升企业整体信息化管理水平和核心竞争力。
With the deepening development of technological and scientific revolution and industrial revolution,"promoting industrialization by informatization and informatization by industrialization"has gradually become an important strategy to lead a new round of economic development in China.According to the 14th Five-Year Plan for Safe and Efficient Coal Mine Construction,the digital economy will fully help safe and efficient coal mines enter the fast track of information development,and the coal mine industry urgently needs to use 5G technology,cloud computing,big data and other information platforms for internal innovation drive.Therefore,based on the actual situation of Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper uses the improved WBS decomposition method to sort out the whole process business of the group's coal mine project construction,so as to determine the goal of information management of coal mine project,and construct a whole process information platform integrating project establishment,construction and management.It effectively integrates the five systems of equipment life cycle,OA system,production scheduling,safety supervision and procurement supply chain,and realizes the vertical full coverage of the whole process business of project decision-making design,construction implementation,completion acceptance and management operation and maintenance,aiming to provide a solution for the integration of management system and information interaction of subordinate coal mine enterprises.Accelerate the formation of a modern coal management system to enhance the overall level of information management and core competitiveness of enterprises.
