电站锅炉汽包紧急放水管阀门焊缝失效分析

摘要 某电厂2#机组汽包紧急放水管道与阀门连接焊缝在运行时开裂,造成机组非停。为查明原因,对紧急放水管系的布置、开裂焊缝材质、阀门选型、装配及焊接工艺进行综合分析。结果表明,由于紧急放水管道阀门选型不当造成焊缝型式不合理,装配工艺差且焊材选择错误,导致阀门与管道相连的角焊缝长期承受部件受热膨胀产生的内应力。同时锅炉启停管道运行温度发生变化,伴随着管道振动循环加载的累积,在交变应力作用下,裂纹萌生并扩展,最终在管道工作应力、热应力和内部介质压力叠加作用下焊缝发生开裂失效。更换阀门后运行35000 h,复检无异常。 The connecting weld between the emergency drain pipe of the steam drum and the valve of Unit#2 in a power plant cracked during operation,resulting in the non stop of the unit.In order to find out the causes,the layout of the emergency drainage pipe system,the material of the cracked weld,the valve selection,assembly and welding process were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that due to improper valve selection of emergency drain pipe,the weld type is unreasonable,the assembly process is poor,and the welding materials are selected incorrectly,resulting in the internal stress caused by thermal expansion of components sustained by the fillet weld connecting the valve and the pipe for a long time.At the same time,the operating temperature of the boiler startup and shutdown pipeline changes.With the accumulation of pipeline vibration cyclic loading,cracks initiate and expand under the action of alternating stress.Finally,the weld joint cracks and fails under the superposition of pipeline working stress,thermal stress and internal medium pressure.The valve was replaced and operated for 35000 hours,and no abnormality was found during reinspection.
