大咯血患者应用外周血管介入治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Peripheral Vascular Intervention in Patients with Massive Hemoptysis

目的:观察大咯血患者应用外周血管介入治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月贵阳市开阳县人民医院收治的大咯血患者70例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采取外周血管介入治疗。比较两组治疗效果、咯血指标、凝血指标、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0124);治疗后,两组咯血量、咯血次数均少于治疗前,研究组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原水平高于治疗前,D-二聚体水平低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0015)。结论:外周血管介入治疗应用于大咯血患者中,能明显改善咯血和凝血指标,安全性、有效性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of peripheral vascular intervention in patients with massive hemoptysis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with massive hemoptysis were selected as the study objects at Kaiyang County People's Hospital of Guiyang City from August 2021 to August 2023,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the study group received peripheral vascular interventional treatment.The therapeutic effect,hemoptysis index,coagulation index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0124);after treatment,the amount of hemoptysis and the number of hemoptysis in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,prothrombin time and fibrinogen level in two groups were higher than before treatment,D-dimer level was lower than before treatment,study group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0015).Conclusion:Peripheral vascular interventional therapy can significantly improve hemoptysis and coagulation indexes in patients with massive hemoptysis.
