阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Aripiprazole Combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Chronic Schizophrenia

目的:分析阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月莱西市市立医院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、糖脂代谢指标、精神分裂症状严重程度、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗前,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、FBG水平高于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理量表评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理量表评分及总分低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果显著,可改善精神分裂症状,减轻对糖脂代谢的影响,降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Laixi Municipal Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was treated with aripiprazole.The therapeutic effect,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,the severity of schizophrenia symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043);before treatment,there was no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TC,TG and FBG in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in negative symptom,positive symptom score and total score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the negative symptom,positive symptom,general psychopathology scalescore and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia is significant,which can improve the symptoms of schizophrenia,reduce the influence on glucose and lipid metabolism,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
