FZB3G弹性金属塑料轴承材料的摩擦磨损特性分析

摘要 为了研究FZB3G弹性金属塑料轴承的整体摩擦性能,研究不同因素对其摩擦磨损特性的影响,并展开建模与试验测试分析。首先分析了FZB3G弹性金属塑料轴承的结构参数,建立轴承材料的有限元模型;其次,设计了不同因素对FZB3G弹性金属塑料轴承在运动过程中的磨损量的影响模型,为后续摩擦磨损特性分析提供依据;最后,采用M-2000磨损试验机对FZB3G弹性金属塑料轴承展开摩擦磨损试验,获得轴承摩擦因数和磨损量受填料含量、载荷和速度的影响,同时分析了力学性能与耐磨耗性之间的关系,完成摩擦磨损特性分析。 In order to study the overall friction performance of FZB3G elastic metal plastic bearings,investigate the effects of different factors on their friction and wear characteristics,and conduct modeling and experimental testing analysis.Firstly,the structural parameters of FZB3G elastic metal plastic bearings were analyzed,and a finite element model of the bearing material was established;Secondly,a model was designed to investigate the effects of different factors on the wear of FZB3G elastic metal plastic bearings during motion,providing a basis for subsequent analysis of friction and wear characteristics;Finally,friction and wear tests were conducted on FZB3G elastic metal plastic bearings using an M-2000 wear testing machine to obtain the influence of filler content,load,and speed on the friction coefficient and wear amount of the bearings.At the same time,the relationship between mechanical properties and wear resistance was analyzed,and the analysis of friction and wear characteristics was completed..
