NLRP3炎症小体参与糖尿病肾病肾间质纤维化机制的研究进展

Elucidating the Role of the NLRP3 Inflammasome in Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Development within Diabetic Nephropathy Contexts

肾间质纤维化(RIF)是糖尿病肾病(DN)进展至终末期肾病的不可逆因素。慢性炎症是DN-RIF发病机制的关键原因,NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体作为重要的炎症调节因子,可通过炎症反应、氧化应激、自噬等机制促进DN-RIF的发生。本文对NLRP3炎症小体与RIF发生发展的机制及传统中药针对NLRP3炎症小体为靶点对RIF的治疗作用作一综述,以期对未来治疗RIF提供帮助。

Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)is a crucial and irreversible element that speeds up the advancement of diabetic nephropathy(DN)to end-stage renal disease.DN-RIF,which is mostly caused by long-lasting inflammation,is greatly affected by the NOD-like receptor thermal protein domainassociated protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome.This inflammasome plays a crucial role in triggering inflammatory reactions.The inflammasome has a significant impact in worsening DN-RIF by triggering processes related to inflammation,oxidative stress,and autophagy.This paper thoroughly analyzes the role of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the development of RIF and explores the possibility of traditional Chinese medicine in specifically targeting this inflammasome to reduce the severity of RIF.The primary objective is to promote progress in treatment approaches for the management of recurrent RIF.
