秋泻灵联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散对轮状病毒腹泻患儿免疫功能、心肌酶和C反应蛋白的影响

Effects of Qiuxieling combined with Bifidobacterium triple live powder on immune function,myocardial enzyme and C-reactive protein in children with rotavirus diarrhea

目的探讨秋泻灵联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗对轮状病毒腹泻患儿免疫功能、心肌酶指标和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2023年12月广德市人民医院收治的轮状病毒腹泻患儿120例,根据随机数表法将患儿分为对照组(n=60,接受双歧杆菌三联活菌散)和观察组(n=60,接受秋泻灵+双歧杆菌活菌散治疗),对比两组临床疗效,观察比较两组的免疫功能相关指标、心肌酶指标和CRP的结果数据及影响。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率91.67%较对照组高75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清免疫功能、心肌酶、CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清免疫功能、心肌酶、CRP水平均较治疗前有所改善,观察组免疫功能指标水平较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组心肌酶指标水平较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组的CRP水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论秋泻灵联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗轮状病毒腹泻患儿的效果较好,可有效改善患儿免疫功能,降低心肌酶、CRP水平。

Objective To explore the effects of Qiuxieling combined with Bifidobacterium triple live powder on immune function,myocardial enzyme indicators,and C-reactive protein(CRP)in children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods A total of 120 children with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to Guangde People's Hospital from May 2020 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=60,receiving Bifidobacterium triple live powder)and an observation group(n=60,receiving Qiuxieling+Bifidobacterium live powder treatment)using a random number table method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the results and effects of immune function related indicators,myocardial enzyme indicators,and CRP of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(91.67%vs.75.00%P<0.05).After treatment,serum immune function,myocardial enzyme and CRP levels in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The serum immune function index level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the serum myocardial enzyme index level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qiuxieling and Bifidobacterium triple live powder is effective in treating children with rotavirus diarrhea,which can effectively improve their immune function,and reduce the level of myocardial enzyme and CRP.
