转录组学在特应性皮炎及共病中的研究进展

Progress on research of transcriptomics in atopic dermatitis and atopic comorbidities

随着转录组学技术的发展,特应性皮炎发病相关因素逐渐被揭示,皮肤屏障破坏、瘙痒、皮肤及肠道菌群失调,不同T细胞亚型及树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、成纤维细胞免疫相关细胞释放炎症因子等活性物质在特应性皮炎中发挥作用。同时,转录组学技术还被用于特应性皮炎共病共同通路的分析,为相关治疗提供依据。本文将阐述近年来转录组学在特应性皮炎及共病方面的研究进展。

With development of transcriptomics technique,relevant influencing factors in pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis(AD)have been revealed gradually,such as regulation of different T cell subtypes as well as the other kinds of immune-related cells such as dendritic cell,natural killer cell and fibroblast.The abnormal changes of active substances such as interleukin and filaggrin released by related immune cells play a major role in epidermal barrier disruption,pruritus,skin microflora and intestinal microflora disorders.Transcriptome technique had also been used in analysis of common pathway of atopic comorbidities,providing evidences for relevant targeted therapy.Recent progress on research of transcriptomics in AD and atopic comorbidities was reviewed in this article.
