间苯三酚联合地屈孕酮用于先兆流产的治疗效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Phloroglucinol Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的:探究间苯三酚联合地屈孕酮在先兆流产孕妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2023年5月柳州市柳江区妇幼保健院收治的先兆流产孕妇80例作为观察对象,以抽签方式随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采取地屈孕酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、雌激素水平、症状缓解时间。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组孕酮、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组药效起效时间、宫缩缓解时间、症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:间苯三酚联合地屈孕酮可以显著改善先兆流产孕妇的雌激素水平,缩短药效起效时间,提高康复速度,临床治疗有效性、安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of phloroglucinol combined with dydrogesterone in pregnant women with threatened abortion.Methods:A total of eighty pregnant women with threatened abortion admitted to Liuzhou Liujiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with forty cases in each group by drawing lots.The control group was treated with desdrogesterone,and the experimental group was treated with phloroglucinol based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,estrogen levels and symptom remission time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin in both groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the onset time,contraction remission time and symptom disappearance time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Phloroglucinol combined with dydrogesterone can significantly improve the estrogen level of pregnant women with threatened abortion,shorten the onset time of the drug,improve the recovery speed,and have high clinical efficacy and safety.
