中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Osteoporotic Lumbar Compression Fracture

目的:分析中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月安康市白河县人民医院外一科收治的骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者180例为研究对象,随机分为传统组、新式组,各90例。传统组给予常规西医治疗,新式组在传统组基础上给予中医针刺治疗。比较两组大粗隆骨密度、股骨颈密度、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组大粗隆骨密度、股骨颈密度高于治疗前,新式组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ODI、VAS评分低于治疗前,新式组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新式组总有效率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对于骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者而言,为其开展中西医结合治疗能提高大粗隆骨、股骨颈密度,改善功能障碍指数,减轻痛感,提高疾病治疗有效率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture admitted to the First Department of Surgery of Ankang Baihe County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into traditional group and new group,with ninety patients in each group.The traditional group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the new group was given traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment on the basis of the traditional group.Greater trochanteric bone density,femoral neck density,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the greater trochanteric bone density and femoral neck density were higher than before treatment,and the new group was higher than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the new group was lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the new group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:For the patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture,the integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine can improve the density of greater trochanteric bone and femoral neck,improve the dysfunction index,reduce pain and improve the effectiveness of disease treatment.
