耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷对四肢创伤患者镇痛效果的应用研究

Application Study on the Analgesic Effect of Auricular Point Compression Bean Combined with Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application on Patients with Limb Trauma

目的:研究耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷辅助镇痛在四肢创伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年1月于佛山市第五人民医院就诊的四肢创伤患者62例为研究对象,根据奇偶数法分为对照组和联合组,各31例。对照组采用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液进行镇痛治疗,联合组在对照组基础上采用耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷辅助镇痛。比较两组镇痛效果、心理痛苦情况、生活质量。结果:治疗24h、3d、7d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7d后,两组心理痛苦温度计评分、心理痛苦相关因素评分低于治疗前,联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,两组健康调查简表评分高于治疗前,联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷可减轻四肢创伤患者疼痛症状,还能缓解患者心理痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of auricular point compression bean combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application to assist analgesia in patients with limb trauma.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with limb trauma who were treated in Foshan Fifth People's Hospital from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and combination group according to odd-even method,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with ketorolac tropanol injection for analgesia,and the combined group was treated with auricular point compression bean and Chinese medicine acupoint application for analgesia on the basis of control group.The analgesic effect,psychological pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After 24 h,3 d and 7 d of treatment,the score of Visual Analogue Scale in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and that in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment,the scores of Psychological Pain Thermometer and Psychological Pain Related Factors in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6 months after treatment,the 36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the combined group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point compression bean combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application can relieve the pain symptoms of patients with limb trauma,but also can relieve the psychological pain of patients and improve the quality of life.
