硝苯地平缓释片联合化痰祛湿定眩汤治疗原发性高血压的效果观察

Effect Observation of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Huatan Qushi Dingxuan Decoction on Essential Hypertension

目的:分析硝苯地平缓释片联合化痰祛湿定眩汤治疗原发性高血压(EH)的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月毕节市中医医院收治的EH患者282例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各141例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予化痰祛湿定眩汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压及血管内皮细胞功能、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);治疗1个月后,两组收缩压、舒张压、内皮素-1水平均低于治疗前,一氧化氮水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组头重头昏、头痛、眩晕、胸闷心悸评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片联合化痰祛湿定眩汤治疗EH的效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状及血管内皮细胞功能,降低血压水平,且不会增加用药不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Huatan Qushi Dingxuan decoction on essential hypertension(EH).Methods:A total of two hundred and eighty-two EH patients admitted to Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with one hundred and forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huatan Qushi Dingxuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,vascular endothelial cell function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);after 1 month of treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and endothelin-1 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and nitric oxide level was higher than before treatment,and observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 1 month of treatment,the scores of head weight,dizziness,headache,dizziness,chest tightness and palpitation in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine sustained-release tablet combined with Huatan Qushi Dingxuan decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of EH,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and vascular endothelial cell function,reduce blood pressure level,and will not increase adverse drug reactions.
