九味肝泰胶囊联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的效果

Effect of Jiuwei Gantai Capsule Combined with Entecavir on Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

目的:观察九味肝泰胶囊联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月上海市健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者80例为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组给予九味肝泰胶囊联合恩替卡韦治疗,对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗。比较两组肝硬度、临床效果、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组肝硬度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组肝硬度低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:九味肝泰胶囊联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的效果较好,可减轻肝纤维化程度,安全性好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiuwei Gantai capsule combined with entecavir on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis admitted to Jiading District Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Health Medical College from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with forty patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Jiuwei Gantai capsule combined with entecavir,and the control group was treated with entecavir.Liver hardness,clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in liver hardness between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the liver hardness of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiuwei Gantai capsule combined with entecavir has a good effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,which can reduce the degree of liver fibrosis and has good safety.
