中医护理对气血亏虚型暴聋患者听力恢复的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Hearing Recovery of Patients with Sudden Deafness Due to Deficiency of Qi and Blood

目的:探讨中医护理对气血亏虚型暴聋患者听力恢复的影响。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的气血亏虚型暴聋患者70例为研究对象,采用掷骰法随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理。比较两组听阈值、护理效果、中医证候积分、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组听阈值降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);护理后,两组耳胀耳痛、头痛面赤、口苦咽干、心烦易怒评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:中医护理在气血亏虚暴聋患者中的应用效果较好,可以有效降低听阈值,促进患者听力恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on hearing recovery of patients with sudden deafness due to deficiency of Qi and blood.Methods:A total of seventy patients with severe deafness due to Qi and blood deficiency treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with thirty-five cases in each group by using the die rolling method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The hearing threshold,nursing effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the hearing threshold of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040);after nursing,the scores of ear distension and earache,headache and red face,bitter mouth and dry throat,irritability and irritability of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Conclusion:The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with Qi-blood deficiency and deafness is good,which can effectively reduce the hearing threshold,promote the hearing recovery of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
