营养序贯护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Effect of Nutritional Sequential Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:营养序贯护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年2月钦州市浦北县人民医院收治的COPD患者70例作为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组、试验组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予营养序贯护理干预。比较两组营养指标、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组血红蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);干预后,两组生理功能、心理状态、社会适应能力、症状控制、精神状态、饮食、睡眠、综合评估评分均升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养序贯护理干预应用于COPD患者中,可有效改善患者的营养状态,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nutritional sequential nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Seventy patients with COPD treated in Qinzhou Pubei County People's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,with thirty-five patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given sequential nursing intervention.The nutritional indexes,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin and serum albumin in two groups were increased,and the levels in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);after intervention,physiological function,psychological state,social adaptability,symptom control,mental state,diet,sleep and comprehensive evaluation scores of both groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutritional sequential nursing intervention in COPD patients can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
