摘要
针对焦作煤业(集团)新乡能源有限公司赵固二矿(以下简称“赵固二矿”)岩巷掘进工程量大、单日产生的矸石多、副井提升矸石所需时间长等问题,研究与设计了煤矿矸石高效智能储运系统,该储运系统主要由储矸系统、装矸系统、卸矸系统和控制系统等组成,能够储存大量矸石,实现对装矸、卸矸过程的可视化一键操作和智能控制;对地面缓冲仓给煤机进行改造,使得给煤机在正反2个方向分别运输原煤和矸石,并且矸石能够及时利用卡车运走,实现地面煤矸分运。通过实际应用表明,该储运系统能够减少矸石堆积对掘进速度的影响,出矸效率大幅提高,工人劳动强度明显降低,为岩巷快速掘进创造了有利条件。
In view of the large amount of excavation work in rock roadways and gangue generated in a single day,and long time required for lifting gangue in auxiliary shafts in Zhaogu No.2 Mine in Jiaozuo Coal Industry Group Xinxiang Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhaogu No.2 Mine),an efficient intelligent storage and transportation system for coal mine gangue is researched and designed,which mainly consists of a gangue storage system,gangue loading system,gangue unloading system and control system,which can store a large amount of gangue and achieve visual one-click operation and intelligent control of the gangue loading and unloading process.Though transforming the ground buffer bin coal feeder to transport raw coal and gangue in both directions,and enabling timely use of trucks to transport the gangue,the ground coal gangue separation and transportation can be achieved.Through practical application,it has been shown that the storage and transportation system can reduce the impact of gangue accumulation on excavation speed,significantly improve the efficiency of gangue discharge and reduce the labor intensity of workers,creating favorable conditions for rapid excavation of rock roadways.
