ZM6镁合金壳体铸造工艺设计及优化

摘要 采用初始铸造工艺试制的ZM6镁合金“Z”字型复杂薄壁筒形壳体铸件出现夹渣、疏松缺陷。对缺陷产生的原因进行分析后,通过对铸件浇注系统和激冷系统的优化设计,确定了合理的工艺方案。采用优化后的铸件成型工艺方案,最终解决了铸件的夹渣、疏松缺陷问题,且铸件内部、外观品质均符合技术要求,取得了良好的技术经济效果。 The initial casting process design scheme for the Z-shaped complex thin-walled cylindrical shell casting of ZM6 magnesium alloy showed defects such as slag inclusion and porosity in the trial production results.After analyzing the causes of defects,by optimizing the design of the casting pouring system and chilling system,a reasonable process plan has been determined.By adopting the optimized casting forming process plan,the problems of slag inclusion and porosity defects in the castings were ultimately solved,and the internal and external quality of the castings met the technical requirements,achieving good technical and economic results.
