高强度履带铸钢材料的探究与实践

摘要 为满足日益提高的工程机械设备大型化、重载化发展的需求,结合我国铁路总公司E级钢材质特点,在现有E级钢的基础上,合理调整合金元素的组分和含量。采用稀土微合金化处理技术,利用稀土元素特有的物理化学特性及净化、变质、合金化作用,研制出性能优异的高强度履带铸钢材料,并成功应用于产品铸件、装车运行。 In order to meet the increasing needs of large-scale and heavy load development of construction machinery and equipment,based on the existing E-grade steel,the composition and content of alloying elements are reasonably adjusted according to the characteristics of E-grade steel of China Railway Corporation.The liquid steel adopts rare earth microalloying technology,and uses the unique physical and chemical properties of rare earth elements as well as purification,metamorphism and alloying effects to develop high-strength track cast steel materials with excellent performance,and has been successfully applied to product castings and loading operation.
