摘要
砂型3D打印技术的快速发展解决了部分复杂结构零件的砂型、砂芯制造难题。基于铝合金进气管铸件研制,从产品复杂结构、工艺设计及凝固过程模拟进行分析,优化工艺方案和参数,结合冷铁和真空加压凝固措施,通过3D打印砂型,快速试制出合格铸件,降低模具制造和修改成本,缩短开发试制周期,为类似产品快速制造提供参考。
With the rapid development of sand 3D printing technology,the problem of sand mold and sand core manufacturing of some complex structural parts has been solved.Based on the research and development of aluminum alloy intake pipe castings,this paper analyzed the complex structure,process design and solidification process simulation of the products,optimized the process plan and parameters,combined with the cold iron and vacuum pressure solidification measures,and quickly produced qualified castings through 3D printing sand mold,reducing the cost of mold manufacturing and modification,shortening the development and trial production cycle,and providing a reference for the rapid manufacturing of similar products.
