摘要
介绍了11 L缸盖水套砂芯采用冷芯工艺开发过程的质量改善与应用情况。基于原有热芯工艺存在的不足,从冷芯工艺、工装设计切入,并运用CAE射砂模拟分析优化射砂及排气系统,经过多轮不同添料方便验证,得出可满足复杂结构水套冷芯工艺批量生产要求的工艺参数,试制冷芯砂芯及铸件质量、尺寸得到了明显改善,同时提升了制芯生产效率,铸件尺寸精度稳定可靠,有效提升了整机性能。为复杂结构缸盖水套砂芯冷芯工艺推广提供了参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the quality improvement and application of the cold core technology development process for water jacket sand core of 11 L cylinder head.Based on the shortcomings of the original hot core process,from the cold core process and tooling design,and the use of CAE sand shooting simulation analysis to optimize the sand shooting and exhaust system,through multiple rounds of different feedings to facilitate verification,the process parameters that can meet the requirements of mass production of complex structure water jacket cold core process are obtained,and the quality and size of the test cooling core sand core and castings have been significantly improved.At the same time,the core production efficiency is improved,the dimensional accuracy of the casting is stable and reliable,and the performance of the whole machine is effectively improved.It provides a reference for the popularization of water jacket sand core cold core technology of complex structure cylinder head.
