摘要
为了降低铸造生产过程中造型和浇注等工序的烟气排放、改善作业环境,通过使用Carbophen环保树脂对原有树脂系统进行替代,分别从砂芯性能、铸件质量以及环境的改善等多个维度进行评估,最终确认该环保树脂系统在保证产品质量的基础上,污染物排放降低90%,改善造型车间环境效果明显。
In order to reduce the flue gas emissions of molding and pouring processes in the casting process and improve the working environment,Carbophen environmentally friendly resin was used to replace the original resin system.The evaluation was carried out from the aspects of sand core performance,casting quality and environmental improvement.Finally,it was confirmed that the environment-friendly resin system was effective in ensuring product quality.Pollutant emissions are reduced by 90%,and the effect of improving the environment of the modeling workshop is obvious.
