动车组空调机组制冷剂存量监测模型研究

摘要 研究动车组空调机组制冷剂R407C的存量监测和泄露量问题。基于Peng-Robinson状态方程等理论方程,研究基于容积、温度、压力计算制冷剂存量的可行性;结合物性数据库,建立基于干度、温度、压力、容积的制冷剂存量监测模型。通过实验验证,模型可以有效监测系统内制冷剂存量,具有较高可靠度。 This paper investigates the inventory monitoring and leakage issues of refrigerant R407C in air-conditioning units of high-speed trains.Based on theoretical equations such as the Peng-Robinson equation of state,this study explores the feasibility of calculating refrigerant inventory using volume,temperature,and pressure.Combined with a physical property database,a thermophysical model for refrigerant inventory monitoring based on dryness,temperature,pressure,and volume has been established.Experimental validation has shown that this model can effectively monitor the refrigerant inventory within the system,demonstrating high reliability.
